How To Update
Uninstall the old version from your computer. (Don’t worry — all your data should be retained even though you’re uninstalling.)
Download the new installer. (See STEP 2 above under MailOne 1.0 Installation.)
Install the new version.
*How to Uninstall MailOne
Click the Windows Start button (bottom-left of your computer screen).
Click Control Panel > then Programs > then Programs and Features.
Click FP-MailOne in the list of programs.
Click the Uninstall/Change button that appears above the programs list.
Follow the instructions to uninstall.
To fully install MailOne 1.0 on your computer, download and install each of the files below one-at-a-time in the order presented.
STEP 1: Microsoft .NET v3.5 (EXE, 3MB) — or later .NET versions. Check installed programs to see if .NET is installed on your PC.
STEP 2: Mail One 1.6.4
STEP 3: MailOne 1.0 USB Driver Installer (EXE, 2MB)
Installation Warning
What if you see the warning below?
Even though Microsoft has not certified the MailOne software, be assured that it is safe to install and use.
- Click the Actions button, which will launch a new window.
- In the new window, click More Options.
- Then click Run Anyway.
Rate Change
MailOne will automatically update to the new rates on January 21, 2018, as long as you are connected to the internet and the rates have been updated on your PostBase.
